Resistance Bands vs. Free Weights

There are die-hard weight training gurus out there who will tell you that free weights are THE method for building lean muscle. They claim that no other method of exercise or training can take the place of free weights. With these gurus, I must disagree. While I lay to claim to the guru-territory, I have used both free weights (which I really do enjoy) and resistance bands. They both have their benefits.
