Hectic class schedules make it difficult to find the time to workout. They wake up early, go to school, come home, eat, study and go to bed. It’s a pattern that’s repeated over and over as students become a slave to time. It interrupts social lives and unfortunately, it also leaves little or no time to get to the gym, pass the football around or shoot a few hoops.
