Buy Resistance Bands for P90X
A reader would like to know…
I am about to start P90X and instead of dumbbells I am going to use resistance bands, but I’m not sure what size I should get. How heavy should the resistance bands be? I don’t wont to get bulky, just lose inches and tone up. I will also be using the band instead of the pull up bar for now because I know I will not beable to do that yet. Thanks for the help

@Zumba Fitness Products, that would be true if you bought the kind of bands with the handles already attached. However, you don’t need to alternate if you use Bodylastics resistance bands. Why? I’ve tried resistance band. I would suggest that you alternate with dumbell just to make sur eyour muscles have variable resistance. The muscles tends to adapt itself to some exercise. it’s good to destabilize the habits.
