Lower and Middle Back Workouts
Anyone know of any good lower/middle back workouts? I run cross country and i was told that it isnt good to let your abs get stronger than your back or you will start having back pain when you run and that is exactly what i feel. i know it isnt like an actual back problem. I just dont have enough muscle and i need to work on it. Also any good exercises to tone up your obliques!
Chest Workouts: Not Seeing The Results I Want
I need to see a serious gain in chest size and strength. I workout on chest once a week and i do it at high intensity, but every week i go back i seem to be just as strong as the week before or a little weaker. How can i fix this? What exercises should i be doing and what kind of diet would make me see a change in chest size and strength?
