Resistance Bands Good Substitute For Weights?

A reader would like to know…

Well are they. I’m a huge weightlifter, I’m planning on getting pretty muscular.

Though lately its been raining a lot outside and the gym where I go is pretty far.

I have been thinking of getting resistance bands cause I wont have to buy so many different weights.

But are they the same, will I get the “same results” as weightlifting??

You want a good set of resistance bands like the kind Bodylastics makes. The Terrell Owens Super Strong Man set is capable of up to 254 lbs of resistance. They just released a new set called the Silverback shown below. If you’d like to see if resistance bands can work for your muscle building, CLICK HERE to watch the free workout show called Chisled. I think you’ll be happy with it.
